Indian OG Extra Hot
For the ones who reach for the hot sauce before they've tasted the food.
Spoon it on
- Dumplings
- spicy noodles
- BBQ meats
We took the Original and turned it up. A blend of hotter chillies brings a proper, building heat that still tastes of something: smoky, savoury and moreish rather than just painful. Respect the jar, then put it on your eggs anyway.
- Suggested uses
- Dumplings, spicy noodles, BBQ meats, curries and dals that need a lift, or anywhere you're chasing heat.
- Ingredients
- Sunflower oil, mixed hot chillies, Kashmiri chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander seed, salt, sugar.
- Allergens
- None. Made in a kitchen that also handles sesame and mustard.
- Storage
- Store in a cool, dark spot. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months. Oil may firm up in the fridge. That's normal, and it loosens at room temp.
- Size
- 250ml
